I often get many questions about Rosacea and how to care for your skin when dealing with this problem.
Rosacea is tricky because internal and external factors can cause flair ups. I often recommend for newer clients to keep a journal for what they are doing topically and what their diet is like monitor when their fair ups happen.
I recommend daily Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid treatment topically when battling Rosacea. My favorite cleanser right now is the Derma E Micellar Water. It is very gentle and when you use it with a cotton round it gently lifts debris and dead skin cells leaving Vitamin C behind.
Twice a week a very light exfoliant can be used- I would not recommend scrubs unless I have seen your face in person and suggested so.
SPF moisturizers are crucial with Rosacea. Sensitive skin is easily burned and irritated. Serums with antioxidants are very helpful under these moisturizers to seal over your pores to keep debris out.
